This core converts a 4:2:2 formatted video into a 4:4:4 RGB video stream suitable for direct display to a display.
Hardware timing is used for input and output. The output also uses separate valid signals for each of Y and CbCr.

The core accepts interlaced or progressive inputs. The former also supports BT.656 for NTSC/PAL or raw hardware timing using vertical and horizontal syncs.
The algorithm expands the color component by doubling the horizontal and vertical sizes to match the luma component size. In addition color space conversion is performed from YUV to RGB.
Output interface uses VGA type timing for direct connection to displays
